ICOM Monitoring Software (Base Version-Required) Runs Monitor Software for homebrew and other interfaces requiring RTS line on to provide 5 volts from the computer. For ICOM CIV interface install the base software and replace the monitor.exe with the download below.  Sreen shots are for the SETUP, BAR GRAPH and SCOPE.

ICOM CIV Interface (Base is required) for applications that require the RTS off.
